PRODUCT INFO
Playful, unexpected and still beautifully polished.

A strawberry doesn’t have to be red. Made from glossy white porcelain and finished with hand-painted golden details, these earrings feel fresh, bright and a little more grown-up.

The strawberry drops swing gently as you wear them, bringing a little energy and fun every time you move. Wear them with a summer dress for a soft, joyful look, or pair them with a shirt or knit when you want your earrings to do the talking.

Each strawberry is shaped, glazed and finished by hand in small batches in my Copenhagen studio, so no two are ever completely identical. Statement earrings for anyone who likes their jewellery playful, artistic and far from ordinary.

DETAILS
High-fired porcelain
Tiny dots painted individually with real gold lustre
18K Gold-plated brass
23mm x 47mm; 15g/pair
Handmade in small batches in Copenhagen

WEIGHT & COMFORT
Each earring weighs approximately 7.5 g—slightly lighter than a €2 coin. The strawberries are hollow. They have a noticeable, substantial feel compared with small studs, but are still comfortable to wear throughout the day. The strawberries swing gently as you move.

CARE ADVICE

High-fired porcelain can be stronger than it looks, but like all ceramics, it can chip or break if dropped or struck against a hard surface. Wear it normally, handle it with care and avoid contact with hard or sharp objects.

Gold- and silver-plated finishes naturally change and gradually fade with wear. Thoughtful care will help your jewellery stay beautiful for longer.

  • Avoid direct contact with water, perfume, soap, hand sanitiser, cosmetics, moisturisers, oils and household chemicals. Allow skincare and perfume to dry before putting on your jewellery.
  • Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping. If it gets wet, gently pat it dry with a soft cloth.
  • Handle chains, clasps and other components gently, without pulling or twisting them.
  • After wearing, gently wipe your jewellery with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or polishing cloths, as these may damage the plated finish.
  • Store each piece separately in a dry place, preferably in its original packaging, to protect it from moisture, scratches and impact.

THE STORY BEHIND YOUR PIECE

Every POPORCELAIN piece begins as humble clay and passes through a slow process of shaping, refining, glazing and firing before becoming wearable art.

Each porcelain element is shaped and finished by hand in my Copenhagen studio. Most require two or three firings—more than 15 hours in the kiln at temperatures reaching 1280°C.

Subtle handmade variations give every piece its own character, so you receive something personal and expressive rather than jewellery produced by the thousands—made to be worn, noticed and enjoyed.
